Hi, I’m Moira Gill—creator of Mosaic UX and the weekly newsletter Mosaic Dispatch.

I help teams design digital experiences that hold their shape. Sometimes that means reorganizing a site so people can actually find what they need. Other times, it’s spotting patterns in a product that unlock new revenue or cost savings. My projects have ranged from corporate platforms serving 30M+ users, to nonprofits cutting operational drag, to health-tech tools supporting research, to startups navigating their first chapters.

I come from a decade in content, research, consulting, and enterprise UX. Across all of it, I’ve learned how scale stresses both people and systems—and how design bridges the two.
